If you love the outdoors and want to make a positive difference for kids, the Clyde Austin 4-H Center may be the place for you! The 4-H Center is owned and operated by the University of Tennessee and is accredited by the American Camp Association. It is a friendly community of people passionate about having fun while helping kids become caring, responsible individuals. Working at a summer camp is not a job for everyone, but despite the challenges you will face, being a Camp Staff is an extremely rewarding experience. It requires dedication and long hours. You must be responsible at all times. Through teaching by example, you will have a strong impact on children. You’ll leave camp with great memories, new skills, and friends. A summer at camp is truly an experience you’ll never forget!

How to Apply

If you interested in joining the Clyde Austin 4-H Center Summer Camp Staff, fill out an application.

  • Drop off in person.

Employment will start in the middle of May and run through the end of July.
